12 Dimensions Critical Reflection

Part 1:

Based on my CMI report I chose four dimensions first one is Expression is a dimension about when you have situation what your reflection on it is the expression ether you reveal or conceal when you revealing it’s mean you don’t accept this put you not telling that directly and conceal it’s the opposed.   The second dimension is Destiny it’s about your future and who control your future way it’s you so you are directive but if your future run by others decision so you are directed. Thread dimension is Communication which is when you talk to someone you have two ways of talking ether you telling everything clearly even if the words will heart him/her so you are direct in your communication put if you try to tell him by turning around the subject or by telling someone else to tell him/her so you are indirect in your communication. Last dimension is Decision Making it’s when someone give your some choices you need to decide which one to choose and your decision is based in your relationship so you decide that for your family or any one that you have relation with but if the decide based on rule so you are restrict on the rules on your decision.

Part 2:

How the result of the CMI can be useful for me? Firstly after my questionnaire that I thought it was useless I got my CMI report from the first look it opened my imagination how my personality looks like. Taking some example of some dimension that I choose the expression dimension is telling me that I’m more concealing on my expression I see that as a positive point this tell me that my personality is more positive in the life that my talking way is make people happy. On the other hand taking Destiny dimension what I see from the result that I’m more directive on my destiny which is good and bad I need to be more in between otherwise I will be more selfish some time we need to kill our dreams to make people around as happy specially our family. Also looking at the communication dimension my result show that I’m mostly in between I don’t like that I think I need to be more direct in my communication this will make my conscience feel better. Lastly for decision making dimension I more in the rules side I think I need to change that to make it more in relationship side this will make people around me love me more.

Part 3:

Based on my CMI result I like to say that this CMI report will help me to change some of my dimension so I think after 5 years my dimension will get changed because when I become older some of my personality for sure will change not only getting older will affect my result in 5 years also this CMI report will make me change my self so I will try to be perfect on my dimension in the future. On the other hand some of dimensions that I would like to change is my decision making I think that I need to be more in relationship side because the rules sometimes kills the relations I think the relations is more important than the rule but not every time there is a limits also on my destiny I very directive on my destiny I think it’s bad more than it’s good because this mean that I’m only thinking about my destiny ignoring my relationship so this make me selfish and I really need to change this it’s very bad for my relations.

Exercise #1

Exercise #1

Is bullfighting cultural acceptable? OR should we as traveler's to help make changes in traditions??

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
.
..
...

Bullfighting is something that cultivated in their cultural we don't need to accepted we just need to respected as traveler's because it's not your life you just here for a while all what you can do give them some advice about the danger of bullfighting but I'm sure this will not change anything maybe this tradition will change one day by their government even if this happen it also need long time for their people to renounce this tradition so at the end what I will say that is now way to accept bullfighting for me but as a traveler I need to respect this tradition and I prefer to not butt in.
